Chinese trade balance rises unexpectedly
China’s trade balance rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Saturday.
In a report, National Bureau of Statistics of China said that Chinese Trade Balance rose to 32.00B, from 27.70B in the preceding month.
Analysts had expected Chinese Trade Balance to fall to 26.85B last month.
China 's trade surplus widened in October , as export growth accelerated and import growth remained steady , according to data issued by customs authorities on Saturday .
Exports rose 11.6 percent from one year earlier in October , beating market expectations for a rise of 9 percent and stronger than the 9.9-percent increase registered in September ,according to the General Administration of Customs .
Imports climbed 2.4 percent year on year last month , unchanged from the growth in September
China 's economy is regaining momentum and growth of the world 's second largest economy will exceed 7.5 percent in 2012. But , the groundwork for an economic rebound still needs more work , the head of China 's economic planning agency said on Saturday .
Signs of an uplift in the economy were obvious in October and China will likely achieve its economic growth target for this year , said Zhang Ping , minister of the National Development and Reform Commission .
Zhang said China 's fiscal revenue in 2012 is expected to increase to 12.7 trillion yuan ($2.03 trillion ), compared to 10.37 trillion yuan in 2011.
The country 's growth slowed to 7.4 percent in the third quarter of the year , a decline for the seventh consecutive quarter , sparking concerns that China may repeat the economic downturn seen in 2008as a result of the global financial crisis .
Overall there is full possibility for Base metals to move up in coming days....
